- Usability – A term that describes the how easy an interface is to use, and can also refer to methods of increasing the ease of a process.
- Hypertext – A software system that links words on the screen to related information or graphics via a point and click method.
- Visual-spatial – The ability to manipulate multidimensional figures and the relationship between objects.
